Word-to-PDF conversion is useful when a report, letter, assignment or form needs a fixed document format for sharing or submission. PdfnMore accepts modern .docx files; legacy .doc files and macro-bearing Word packages are deliberately not accepted by this workflow. Images and other document assets must be embedded in the DOCX rather than fetched from an external location.
What to check in a Word-to-PDF result
Open the converted PDF and check fonts, page breaks, tables, headers, footers and embedded objects before you replace or submit an important document. A font that is not available to the converter can cause text reflow even when the source DOCX itself is valid.
The current Word to PDF tool accepts one DOCX file up to 50 MB. It rejects legacy .doc files, encrypted package entries, macro-bearing packages, external linked document assets and oversized expanded DOCX archives. Normal HTTP(S) and email hyperlinks may remain, but remotely linked images or other fetched assets must be embedded first. Conversion is bounded by a processing timeout and a 200 MB PDF output limit. Exact Word rendering is not guaranteed when fonts or advanced Office features are unavailable.

Which Word files can I convert to PDF?
The current production workflow accepts modern .docx files. It does not accept legacy .doc files, macro-bearing Word packages or encrypted DOCX package entries. Document assets such as images must be embedded rather than externally linked; normal web and email hyperlinks may remain.
Will a DOCX look exactly the same after conversion?
PdfnMore aims for dependable layout, but exact fidelity cannot be guaranteed. Unavailable fonts, complex fields, embedded objects or unusual pagination can change how the PDF renders, so review the result before using it.
Does Word to PDF overwrite or permanently store my DOCX?
No. PdfnMore creates a new PDF result and returns it to the browser. The current core workflow does not silently add the uploaded DOCX or converted PDF to a permanent document library.
