Improve document scan readability
Scan to PDF is designed for receipts, forms, notes, printed pages and lightweight document capture. Choose color, grayscale or black-and-white output and optionally enhance contrast and sharpness.
Use OCR after scanning when searchable text is needed
The current scan workflow creates an image-based PDF. If you need searchable or selectable text, continue with OCR PDF after the scanned document is created.
The current production tool supports up to 30 scan images per job, 50 MB per image and 160 million total processed pixels. It corrects camera EXIF orientation, can trim uniform borders and enhance contrast/sharpness. Perspective correction, deskew and built-in OCR remain future depth upgrades.
