Create a PDF from web content
HTML to PDF is useful for invoices, receipts, internal pages, reports, email templates and other static web content that needs a fixed document version. Inline CSS is supported, while external fetching is deliberately restricted in the first production release.
What affects webpage rendering in PDF
Open the PDF after conversion and check typography, spacing, page breaks and CSS rendering. Browser-specific JavaScript, external stylesheets, remote images and advanced web-app behavior are outside the current safe conversion contract.
The current production version accepts pasted UTF-8 HTML or one .html/.htm file up to 2 MB. It blocks scripts, iframes, remote resources, CSS url()/@import fetching and arbitrary URL conversion. Inline CSS and self-contained markup are supported.
Frequently asked questions about HTML to PDF
Can I convert a website URL directly to PDF?
Not in the first production version. Remote URL fetching is intentionally disabled until redirect, SSRF and network-isolation controls are implemented and tested.
Can my HTML use CSS?
Yes. Inline CSS and style blocks are supported, but CSS url() and @import references are blocked because they can fetch external resources.
Why are scripts and remote images blocked?
PdfnMore keeps HTML conversion isolated and predictable. Scripts, iframes and remote asset loading can create security and privacy risks, so this version accepts self-contained static HTML only.
